Our Location

 

Controlled Storage Solutions is perfectly set in Denison, Texas and proud to serve residents in surrounding areas. We're the ideal and convenient storage solution for residents throughout Denison, Pottsboro, Sherman, Cambridge, Knollwood and several other areas within a few miles from the facility. Exxon Gas Station is right next door from us and we’re across Highway 120 from Dollar General, Redbox, and Hot’n Creamy Donuts. We’re also not far from North Texas Regional Airport. If you are ready to start storing, we have a space for you.

Driving Directions

From downtown Denison, TX:

  • Head north on N Austin Ave/N Eisenhower Pkwy toward W Woodard St

  • Turn left onto FM 120 W/W Morton St

  • You’ve arrived at Controlled Storage Solutions

 

From Sherman, TX:

  • Get on US-75 N from E Houston St and N Hwy 75/N Sam Rayburn Fwy

  • Head east on E Lamar St toward S Walnut St

  • Turn left at the 1st cross street onto S Walnut St

  • Turn left after Church's Chicken (on the right)

  • Turn right onto N Hwy 75/N Sam Rayburn Fwy

  • Take the ramp on the left onto US-75 N

  • Follow US-75 N to N Hwy 75/Katy Memorial Expy/U.S. 75 Frontage Rd in Denison. Take exit 69 from US-75 N

  • Merge onto US-75 N

  • Take exit 69 toward Farm to Market Rd 120/Morton St

  • Drive to FM 120 W

  • Merge onto N Hwy 75/Katy Memorial Expy/U.S. 75 Frontage Rd

  • Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto FM 120 W

  • You’ve arrived at Controlled Storage Solutions

From Pottsboro, TX:

  • Head south on Grayson St toward Front St

  • Turn left onto FM996

  • Turn left to stay on FM996

  • Turn left onto FM 1417 N

  • Turn left onto FM 120 W

From Cambridge, TX:

  • Take Castle Dr to Georgetown Rd

  • Head east on Castle Dr toward Cambridge Dr

  • Turn right at the 1st cross street onto Cambridge Dr

  • Follow Georgetown Rd and Preston Bend Rd to TX-316 Spur

  • Turn left onto Georgetown Rd

  • Turn left to stay on Georgetown Rd

  • Turn right onto Preston Bend Rd

  • Turn left onto TX-316 Spur

  • Drive to FM 120 W

  • Turn left onto FM 120 E
