Controlled Storage Solutions is actively monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and its implications. Our current plan is to keep our self storage locations open and operating, where possible, by implementing precautionary measures and utilizing CDC-recommended prevention steps.
NO CONTACT RENTALS
Renting your storage unit with us is as easy as 1-2-3:
1. Find storage that fits your needsSimply click on the unit prices link, find the unit type & size you need, and select the move-in option
2. Complete your agreement onlineSimply enter your information into our secure online form and electronically sign your lease.
3. Get immediate access and move inAfter completing your agreement, the personal gate code you provided during the move-in process will be automatically entered into our security system (24hrs a day). This will grant you instant access our secure storage area and our staff will have your space cleaned, prepped, and ready for you upon arrival.
SOCIAL DISTANCING OPERATIONS
In an effort to ensure a safe environment for both our customers and employees through COVID-19, we are introducing a process that allows us to continue operating our stores without the need for our customers to enter our rental offices.
Our hope is to reduce person-to-person contact as much as possible. Our employees will assist customers face to face when necessary but would like our customers to consider contact over the phone and through email.
