When can I access my storage unit?
Rent a space with us and get 24 hour access to your unit.
What time is the office open?
Our office is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. We’re closed on Sundays and Mondays. Give us a call at (903) 294-4824 or stop by the facility if you need to speak to a storage expert.
How I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using your debit or credit card. That’s the easier option, but if you’re close to the facility while we’re open, drop in and pay your bill with cash, check and of course a debit or credit card.
What types of leases are available?
Our leases are available month to month. No long term commitments or contracts.
Is the facility nearby any colleges?
How do I know what unit size to choose?
We can help you figure out. Just let us know what items you need to store. There are also several storage calculators online that you can use. It’ll give you a suggested unit size.
